He has created his own proprietary techniques to keep the alcohol level <5% ABV and as a perfectionist makes a very well-made NA brew.Max began his beer brewing interest 17 years ago when he started learning to brew from books his father had as he was a home brewerer as well.  He and his wife served in the military and once they settled in Palm Bay, FL he gave up drinking. After 4 to 5 years, he really missed drinking a well-made beer. He discovered Athletic Brewing had broke the mold on how to brew NA beer so he began his quest to make the style of beers he missed with no alcohol.  Max has a great story to tell and I hope you enjoy it as much I do! NOW ON YOUTUBE!!!
