Elana Low is a musician, sound healer, and book editor based in Brooklyn. She regards each of these modalities as a channel for magic and creative healing and expression. Her music, which features haunting vocals and harmonium, is Celtic-influenced folk with a dark ambient edge that explores modern themes of intimacy and UPG through the lens of folklore and pagan mythos. Her music has been featured on BBC Introducing and the Grammy-nominated A New Age for New Age compilation album—and she has been profiled as an artist in Witchology Magazine. Her music, including her most recent album PETRIXORA, is available on all streaming platforms. She received her Sound Healing Certification at the Integrative Sound and Music Institute in New York City and has studied at the Celtic School of Sound Healing in Dublin, Ireland. Formerly an editor at Penguin Random House, she left in 2021 to found the holistic editorial firm New Moon Editorial where she edits and coaches authors through the writing, revision, and publishing process.
