Paul Glover is a controversial character and I enjoyed interviewing him. His frank discussion about his past and how it has helped him become a coach with a no BS approach is what I admire. His admission to his past decisions and how it has shaped him is what I found fascinating. He is the proverbial tough cookie and can definitely change how you think but taking him on is not going to be an easy task. His coaching is tough but before you even get to the acceptance phase you have to be assessed. He is for the brave looking to change.
