Aware that 74% of domestic abuse survivors remain in abusive relationships longer due to financial concerns, Rebecca has made it her mission to help individuals realize financial independence, rebuild their lives, or potentially get out of an abusive relationship for good.NextOPP is a double bottom line company: for-profit and for-purpose. Through their ‘Hire-One-Help-One’ program, they donate career coaching services to a survivor of domestic violence for every candidate that’s placed.They’re part of a growing number of organizations assessing impact beyond the narrow lens of financial statements. So it should come as no surprise that their approach to their own core business is also innovative. They’re faced with real challenges in finding the balance between adapting technological innovations & preserving candidate experiences that are uniquely human. Though with a grip-like hold on purpose, Rebecca stays true to her own ‘North Star’.
