Listen "315 Gratitiude, innovation and Leading to Joy with Mickey Itchon @ Signature"
Episode Synopsis
I can talk about my projects all day long and bore everyone to tears. It's the transformation that these projects initiate, support, and updraft that is really exciting to me. The projects, however, do not define themselves. Listening to our people's pain points while they struggle towards their vision of a future state is what kick's off a frenzy of defining the problem(s). Being intimate with our infrastructure, culture, and decision-making process allows any innovator the opportunity to shape solutions. Connecting the well-defined problem with potential solutions builds trust and buy-in. The rest is the repetitive hard work that shapes an MVP and lays out experimentation and discovery until results materialize.
