When is the best time to change careers? When you & your wife are expecting your first child (obviously). Okay, so that may not be the ideal time, but Grant Baldwin sure knew what he was doing when he made the decision to pivot into a career of professional speaking.  Grant successfully grew his own speaking career and ultimately launched the Speaker Lab, where he and his team teach aspiring speakers the ins and outs of the industry and ultimately how to book gigs and get paid to speak.
