David is an architect and former Councillor representing St Kilda, Middle Park + Albert Park on the City of Port Phillip Council. He has taught architectural history and design at the University of Melbourne for many years. His design studios focus on real-world urban sites in need of cultural reconceptualisation -- and the realisation and expression of cultural values in built form.
