Karla holds degrees from CUNY's Baruch College and Chestnut Hill College, with senior HR certifications and expertise in Myers Briggs and Career Direct assessments. With 34 years of service to the City of Philadelphia, she is the Deputy Director for HR in the Department of Planning and Development. Alongside her husband, she provides customized real estate services through GPS Real Estate Solutions. Karla enjoys spending time with her family in Philadelphia.
