A podcast intended on creating a safe landing to unpack the intrusive thoughts that have weighed in on my transition or transformation & my stagnation . My hope is that by sharing my journey of how words shaped my livelihood, it would hopefully enable you as the listener to only cement truths deserving of being a steady & firm foundation which you can build your understanding of self upon. My hope is that my transparency encourages a community that will be accountable to what they consciously subscribe to as truth and lies.
