In this episode, Ken and Glen discuss the 18th-century trade of deerskin for manufactured goods and how competition in this extremely lucrative endeavor with rivalries between England, France, and Spain as well as rivalries between Creek, Choctaw, and Cherokees at times erupted into a trade war – and shooting war!
