Episode Synopsis
Catherine Standiford is the owner and founder of the Cancer Rehabilitation Centers located in Sandy, Utah. She has been involved in Cancer Rehabilitation for over 23 years and obtained her degree in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She works closely with her Board Certified Oncologic Physical Therapist, Molly Williams, to help patients improve cancer-related fatigue and help improve quality of life before, during and after cancer treatments. Catherine is the lead advocate in Utah for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, an organization dedicated to advocacy for all cancer types. Catherine also sits on the board of the American Cancer Society. She uses her family history of breast cancer to be a voice for patients with cancer and their families.Faith and Melissa both breast cancer survivors, share some of their stories and part of what it can look like.
