Jennifer LaPorte is a consultant at  International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE) who has been consulting all year at YHT, with generous funding from the Jewish Education Project, regarding academic rigor. She discusses what "rigor" actually means in an academic setting, how it relates to "grit," and how it is sometimes misunderstood.
