Episode Synopsis: One of the reasons I wanted to do this podcast was to hear about how other people successfully navigate their weight loss journeys. I wanted to find out what daily actions and habits they found worked to keep them on track and how they kept motivated. I also wanted to find out what made them get started in the first place. In this episode, we talk with Kecia Jackson, a nurse and grandmother, who has lost 70 lbs and has built a healthy lifestyle through nutritious eating and fitness. Her honest approach to what it takes to make real lifestyle changes is refreshing. I learned a lot from Kecia and I think you will, too.

I’m a huge fan of anyone who transforms their lives and keeps their sense of humor during their journey. Kecia is the epitome of someone who set a goal and worked it daily to make it happen.
