One of the fallacies in our day is that all religions are pretty much the same. But the fact is, Christianity stands alone and apart. For one thing, no other major religion takes its stand and stakes its reputation on the bodily resurrection of its founder.  The resurrection of Jesus changed everything.  This is why the Apostle Paul gave his life to spreading the news, not only of the reality of the resurrection but also of the relevance of the resurrection to our everyday lives. In his letter to the Ephesians, Paul tells these believers that he is praying that they would know God’s “incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead…”  The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is available to us who believe! Here! Now! Today!  If God can raise Jesus from the dead, what else can He do? Those impossibilities which, like a massive stone, appear to blockade your destiny can still be moved by resurrection power.   Not only is there a power to be released, there’s a purpose to be realized.   We are the personal creation of a loving God. True, we all too quickly became broken by sin.  But something extraordinary happens when light shines through broken pieces of glass.  It becomes a work of art.  Such is the wonder of the Master Craftsman.
