Restorative Practice is a wellbeing strategy in schools and often they are seen as two separate entities. In this episode, I have the pleasure of chatting with Kristy Elliot, the Founder and Director of Restorative Pathways, an Australian, Melbourne-based business supporting schools to create flourishing cultures using restorative approaches. She is an experienced international consultant and teacher, who has worked for over two decades with schools in Australia and Asia striving to make a positive difference in their school communities. Kristy provides coaching and tailored professional development in restorative practice and positive psychology. She runs restorative peer mediation training for students, teaches innovative circle technologies for the enhancement of relationships and provides in-class coaching for educators.
