Listen "Episode 31: The Power of One Question a Day with Callie Brown"
Episode Synopsis
What if the very thing you’ve been avoiding—stillness, silence, your own thoughts is actually the portal to your peace?
In this deeply moving and soul-stirring episode, I sit down with the gorgeous Callie Brown, a woman whose journey from child performer to embodied coach is both powerful and profoundly relatable.
We unravel the layers of self-inquiry, the fear of sitting in silence, and what it means to come home to yourself—again and again.
Together, we explore:
Why one simple daily question can shift your entire energy
The moment Callie had a “nervous breakthrough” and what it revealed
Redefining meditation + self-connection in a busy, overstimulated world
Releasing guilt as a mother when choosing yourself
Co-regulation, safety, and why true healing begins in community
Why doing “the work” is less about bloom and more about becoming
The healing power of presence, curiosity, and shared humanity
This conversation will make you laugh, cry, remember parts of yourself you’ve long silenced, and most of all—remind you that you don’t need permission to return to who you’ve always been.
Callie Brown is an avid conversationalist, relational coach, and homeschooling mama of two. She believes that better relationships make for a better life—and she’s on a mission to prove it, one honest conversation at a time.
From ages 6 to 26, Callie told stories through professional acting gigs in film, television, and theatre. But it was a nervous breakthrough in her mid-twenties that sparked a deeper fascination: reworking the inner stories we carry to reconnect with our authentic voice. Since then, she’s spent the past 17 years coaching individuals and groups into more honest, aligned, and nourishing relationships with themselves and others. She knows firsthand how powerful it is to feel like you matter—and to invest in a life that feels true to you.
You’ll often find Callie bobbing to a tune, sipping on a matcha, and cooking up nutrient-dense delights—always keeping an eye out for her next chance to take the stage and deliver a heart-fuelled keynote to an open-hearted audience.
