Listen "Reed Davis on: fixing your health issues with functional diagnostic nutrition"

On today's episode of 'The Wellbeing Wanderer Podcast' Kat has the pleasure of chatting with Reed Davis, Holistic Health Practitioner and founder of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) where through his long developed alternative method of lab tests he has been able to resolve chronic, persistent issues for thousands of people where more modern, traditional have failed them. If you have had an ongoing issue that feels like it will never go away and you've been to the doctor on multiple occasions then this episode is for you.

Reed talks about the work he does and explains that what he offers is a long term solution to long term issues through a series of lab tests that cover everything unlike a doctor treating only one part of the body, his 'HIDDEN' method looks at everything in the body.
How there's no one 'route' cause for the client's that come to Reed and they are in a state of what he calls metabolic chaos, where the body has a number of things out of balance, one thing provoking another, therefore a simple diagnosis addressing only one area will not necessarily resolve the issue - enter the holistic approach.
Reed uses the simple acronym 'DRESS' to help his clients understand the basics of a holistic lifestyle - Diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation. Each one to be applied to the individual as we are all unique and require different levels for optimal living.
The importance of recognises there's a time and a place for modern medicine, especially if you are in a downwards spiral or need immediate medical attention but his approach can help prevent you reaching that place or after recovery help your body to stay balanced and in harmony through his non standard FDN lab tests.
Once all imbalances have been identified through the tests and corrected through supplementation and lifestyle it's possible to start feeling better rapidly as you are now providing your body with everything it needs to function optimally.
The reason so many people struggle to feel well is due to their lifestyle choices, for example not eating well, they aren't investing in their health at all, are running in auto-pilot and believe this low level of health to feel normal.
The body will signal when something is wrong, this is a symptom of the problem, not the actual problem and if you pay attention to the symptoms and address them you have the potential to feel and look much younger.
The better your body and mind function, the less you run on autopilot meaning you get to take back the control of your body, mind and therefore your life.
