In today's solo episode of 'The Wellbeing Wanderer Podcast' Kat talks about the shadow, that part of ourselves we view as unacceptable and keep hidden away. If you are experiencing darkness or have been feeling out of control then this episode is for you.

The damage you can cause yourself and others by suppressing and repressing your emotions, thoughts and feelings.
How what you resist will persist and you cannot keep your shadow hidden, i will eventually reach the surface and be witnessed.
How to gain control of your shadow and how when you don't do any inner work and shine a light on it, it can control you.
To make friends with discomfort and understand facing it is how you grow and evolve.
If you are noticing patterns in your life especially emotional overreactions, that is an invitation to dig deeper around where they are coming from.
How as we are growing and evolving it's necessary to leave and let go of the old parts of us that don't match the newer version we're becoming.
