Listen "EPISODE 186 – Second Skin"
Episode Synopsis
What if the thing holding you back — from housing, employment, or healing — was a tattoo?
This week on The Well Endowed Podcast, we explore how enCompass (formerly the Edmonton John Howard Society) is helping people rebuild their lives through a powerful tattoo removal and cover-up program. Designed for those leaving behind gang involvement, abuse, incarceration, or self-harm, the program gives participants a chance to reclaim their identity and move forward without the visible weight of past trauma.
With support from Edmonton Community Foundation’s Small Grants program, enCompass is partnering with local artists and Legacy Tattoo Removal to offer this service free of charge.
Show Notes
Our guests today were Kaia Wright and Kayla Hendra from enCompass.
