Mina Nishigori (@Mina_Burn365) is an entrepreneur who has been running her family-owned business for the last 20 years. Her latest venture, Burn 365, was a fitness studio devoted towards creating an inclusive community for clients from all walks of life, as Mina herself is blind. Diagnosed with Bietti crystalline dystrophy, a rare genetic eye disorder,  she started losing her vision at the age of 28, and is now completely blind.   
Mina and Gabe discuss a range of topics including how she overcomes the inherent challenges of running a business without sight, what she misses most about being able to see and a remarkable story about how her friend helps her shop.  
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Burn 365's final day of operation was March 16, 2020, however, Mina remains committed about living a passionate life that helps others realize their potential, accomplish their goals.
