Episode Synopsis
In the Season 2 finale, Joyce, Jonathan, and Nancy torture the Mind Flayer until it leaves Will’s body, no longer giving it what it wants. Simultaneously, Steve and the kids set it on fire in the Upside Down tunnels and Eleven works with Hopper to close the gate at the Department of Energy. Then, one month into the future, Eleven attends the Snow Ball and we see the Mind Flayer looming over them in the Upside Down
