Episode Synopsis

Send us a textThis week's passage reminds us of the faithfulness of God. God's faithfulness to Israel throughout the scriptures is amazing. God delivered Israel from the bondage of Egypt. He defended them against the crushing Assyrians. God delivered them from Babylonian captivity allowing them to return to their ancestorial land and become re-established as a nation. This has once again been repeated in our day. Based on His past faithfulness, God then reminds His people of the future promises He has for them according to His word. A day is fast approaching when Jesus will return to His people and establish His kingdom in Jerusalem. There He will reign and rule over the entire world. This reign will begin with a thousand years and will last for eternity.God then challenges His people, based on His past faithfulness and future promises according to His word; to depart from Babylon, return to Israel and to live clean, righteous, holy lives. How does this apply to you and I. God has been faithful to us. God has given to us great and certain promises based upon His word. Therefore, we should obediently, faithfully and humbly live clean, righteous, holy lives to the glory of God.Contact Paul at [email protected] Sunday May 5th, we have changed locations and will meet on Sundays at 10 am.
