A Brown University-bound senior, Duncan shared about his weekend at the Oregon Relays, his breakout race at the Issaquah Icebreaker, and what he’s hoping to accomplish in the Arcadia 3200m Invitational this coming weekend. Currently, the 1A standout has the 2nd fastest 3200m time in the entire state, and in this episode explains how being from a small school in downtown Seattle has impacted his high school running experience.
