Listen "S2 E5: Connectivity and connection"
Episode Synopsis
So often we "disconnect" ourselves from others, from nature, from the system and even from ourselves. Kim and I explore how this disconnection has affected us, and how "connection" has helped us reduce anxiety, make better connections in our thinking and grow (personally and in our work). We are learning is that the more we connect, the more lovely things are happening around us. It's as if the universe wants the best for us.
We explore various research in quantum physics, the African philosophy of Ubuntu, Otto Scharmar's work on Theory-U, polyvagal theory and our own experiences to make more connections.
Weaved throughout the podcast, we share different exercises and tips we have learnt to help us get more connected so that we are able to give and receive more fully.
