In this episode we're diving deep into personality trait conscientiousness. This is the personality trait related to responsibility, organisation and discipline. This personality trait is correlated with overall life success in all domains of life (including work, relationships and health) however as with all personality traits, in the extreme it can also hinder us rather than help us. In this episode I go through what it means and looks like to be highly conscientiousness, how to identify where we can find ourselves on a scale, the strengths and weaknesses of this trait and how we can implement change when it comes to this specific trait.
