The new coordinators have addressed the media and the excitement level for effective change on both sides of the ball is potent. Howie again demonstrated his prowess during the Draft, moving, shaking, and getting value players from top to bottom. Jalen Hurts has the pieces around him and the secondary should be noticeably better. The Phillies are on fire. Boasting the best record in baseball, the pitching has been second to none and Ranger Suarez is a Cy Young front-runner. Time will tell if they can out-pace the NL East Champion Atlanta Braves for a Division Crown. The key, however, is if they can or cannot finish during another anticipated Red October.
