Tek & Prem welcome John Barchard back on the VetLine to talk Birds. As they head to DC on a franchise-record winning streak, Super Bowl expectations abound. The defense is young, fast, and plays smart ball. Vic Fangio is clearly in control of this unit. Jalen Hurts continues to win and win as does Nick Sirianni. With the Commanders in their path this Sunday, the Eagles will look for the season sweep over the NFC's present 7th seed. Ironically, if the season ended today, the Wild Card game at the Linc would be against these same Commanders. The drama around AJ Brown was overblown and the media again takes the L. AJ and Jalen are quite alright. All sights are set on a trip to New Orleans and the team's 4th Conference Title this century. The Phillies have been underwhelming so far this offseason, and the signing of OF Max Kepler doesn't change that.
