We are back after a short break - and what a start this is, with this fantastic episode. We have an Event Manager with an academic background in Microbiology. This is however only the tip of the iceberg. As she shares her thoughts, I realised there is so much depth one can have when tackling with regular issues at work. Systems have their place, and I probe her on what happens when they don't work.
