Joe Stevens caught up with Chef Paul Smith, one of the speakers at this past weekend's West Virginia Hospitality University. Smith had a hand in designing the West Virginia Culinary Trail and tells us about how small restaurants can get involved.Tom Susman has a conversation with Josh Sword, the President of the West Virginia AFL-CIO. Sword is very upset with recent actions by the West Virginia Legislature proposing cuts to unemployment benefits in the state, and places much of the blame on Senate Finance Chairman Eric Tarr, who represents Jackson and Mason Counties.
