Joining us were the owners of Skydive Front Royal, Albert & Julie Van Jaarsveld. The pair gave us quite an education on the process of skydiving as well as the mental benefits it provides. We talked about restrictions (weather being the biggest, but age & weight as well) for jumpers, but more importantly, Albert told us of the number of people who were nervous at first and then immediately wanted to jump again when they grounded.
