Ive been struggling a bit the last few weeks, struggling emotionally. The world seems like a really dark place at the moment and it is for everyone.
I got upset when someone sent me through a response "I understand" the other week, so I took a look at why I got so upset over it.
It lead me down a path looking at how I deal with emotions and why that triggered me.
The fact is despite the phrase being well intentioned we will never truely understand what someone else is going through, its ok to be emotional an as Men we need to know how to deal with that rather than supress it.
