Most change for people wont happen until it becomes a REAL problem. Change is a spectrum and for a lot of people you need to be on the end of the spectrum in order to take action. Ive been guilty of it in te past, waiting until it becomes a big problem can and will cost you more.
Taking action earlier can make the change needed less extreme.
