I feel that coming at life from a place of gratitude can be a powerful driver to change our outlook on things.
Its something that I try and implement in my life every day.
I do feel however that for some people (myself included) it can lead to complacency.
In this week’s episode I discuss balancing being grateful while still always seeking improvement.
