Alison talks through the impact your diet can have on your fertility and what changes you can make. We also talk about fertility and aging and Tasha explains why she is changing to a new clinic.

In 1 study men who did not incorporate many aspects had approx. 2.6 times higher likelihood of having abnormal sperm concentration, total sperm count & motility cf those eating more in line with Mediterranean diet. (Karayiannis et al., 2017): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27994040/
Multivitamin supplements may achieve higher pregnancy rates; in 1 study 66.7% vs 39.3% with multi vitamin rather than folic acid alone, after 3 clomid cycles (Agrawal R et al. Reprod Biomed Online ): https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22138521/
