Hello loves! This week I had such an incredible time getting to talk to Fallon Lapan, a body-centered psychotherapist (LICSW), and coach. Her work involves helping her clients with the development of deeper understanding and communication with themselves, moving through blockages, healing their relationships to trauma, and becoming more empowered, confident and alive. In our interview, Fallon shares her story with autoimmune disorders, learning to listen to her body guide her to what she needed, integrative medicine, cycle tracking, and so much more. Enjoy!
