Courtney is one of the most amazing, inspiring & hilarious human's I'm blessed to know. In her early 30's she was living her best life, had her dream job & was in love. She was a healthy, thriving young woman eating a plant based diet, exercising, meditating & taking really good care of herself. So you can imagine the shock when one day she noticed her body slowly shutting down & within months she was paralyzed from the neck down. I'm happy to report that after a year of searching for answers she's received intensive treatment & rehabilitation & has regained much of what she lost. In this interview we talk about it ALL, her healing journey, her mindset & beyond. Courtney is currently living in Cabo, Mexico & traveling the world exploring different ways to heal, all while organizing speaking gigs & women's retreats.
