Lately, the Lord has been burdening my heart for the truth that while I may never be able to choose when I experience anxiety, I am certainly always able to choose what I do with it. This episode talks through one of the (rather simple) ways the Lord has been calling me to leave all anxiousness at His feet and focuses on Hebrews chapter 4, emphasizing God's prepared rest for His children.
