Something I struggled with on my journey to self-love was accepting that it is 100% okay to take a break when you need it. Guilt is often associated with resting, but that is for sure not the case! You are allowed and SHOULD relax when you need to, and it can still be productive! No one can function on empty and you should never have to light yourself on fire to keep others around you warm! In this episode, we discuss the signs of burnout and some techniques to combat that feeling. I hope this episode leads you to accepting this truth of knowing it is OK to take a break :)
