To me, our habits are basically our lives.

These are the little things we do every day, 

The sum total of which make up the experience of our life.

Most of us have not consciously decided on what habits we wanted in our lives.

Many of our habits were given to us by friends, family, or society.

And many of them are ruining our lives.

These little actions repeated daily are the reason:


We struggle to stay healthy
Why our relationships either don’t work or aren’t as good as they could be
And why we can feel stuck in the same place


But just as our bad habits can keep us down, it’s good habits that can change everything.
