What is the false self?  It everything that we have identified to be who we are but its everything that is NOT us.  Our suffering is the belief in this false self & identifying with it.  This is The Unbecoming & this journey.  When we begin to see everything that hurts us & doesn't feel good within is NOT who we are, this is the beginning of the REMEMBERING of the Truth of You.
