Have you ever had a food you were afraid of eating? Maybe it was something you learned growing up, or maybe diet culture has been telling you that certain foods are bad for you. We don't like to label foods as "good" and "bad" - there's a time and a place for everything. In this episode, we talk about our own fear foods and how we worked through those fears. We also talk about why carbs, fats, and proteins all are important parts of a healthy diet. Lena Chaplin joins us as a guest.
