Hey TTS Fam! In today's episode I'm diving into why do I keep doing this. Have you ever wondered why you keep making the same mistakes, the same decisions when it comes to certain things? These past few weeks have been very eye-opening and transformative for me. Sometimes we literally have to go to the past to move in the present moments. It's time sis that you move and release the things that people have said about you or incidents that have kept you in a place of stagnation. God is calling us for assignments and we must allow him to take us through a process of healing and transformation. 
Journal Writing exercise 
Step 1: Write the person's name and the incident if you don't remember the name write the incident. 
Step 2: Write down the way the incident made you feel; you can find emotion and feeling wheels on google.
Step 3: Write how the incident impacted your life. 
Prayer for your life 
1. God help my disbelief not just in you but in myself.
