In this episode recorded on October 23, 2021 (but released October 24th), I discuss one event in U.S. politics that I think threatens both the concept of federalism and our 1st Amendment rights. Specifically, I am referring to Attorney General Merrick Garland's memo to the FBI sent earlier this month ordering them to start a "crackdown" on parents fighting against critical race theory (and other similar far-left/globalist ideologies).
