Today's Passage: John 1:35-38 The next day again John was standing with two of his disciples, and he looked at Jesus as he walked by and said, “Behold the Lamb of God!” The two disciples heard him say this and they followed Jesus. Jesus turned and saw them following and said to them, “what are you seeking?” And they said to him, “Rabbi” (which means teacher) “where are you staying?”Today's Prayer: You are the Lamb of God. We proclaim that you are holy and above all. There is no one like you. Thank you, Lord that you are the perfect teacher. Even the best among us cannot compare to you. You are gentle and kind. Our hope is in you. Teach us how to forgive just as you forgave us. Teach us to be generous. Just as you poured out yourself lavishly on us. Teach us to be humble. Just as you humbled yourself by being obedient to the point of death on the cross. Our hope is in you. We love you, Lord.
