Donald Trump has been pulled off the primary ballot in Colorado. Four of the seven judges in the Colorado state supreme court said that according to the 14th amendment, Trump engaged in an insurrection on January 6th, 2021, therefore it makes him “constitutionally ineligible” to run for president. Trump has appealed the ruling.
