Toastmasters has greatly improved his public speaking confidence and skills, benefiting his professional role as a non-profit executive and enhancing personal aspects like marriage communication. He enjoys hosting table topics, drawing from his love for trivia. He recommends new members visit multiple clubs, join a committee, and participate in competitions for a well-rounded experience.
