We get to choose to be a victim of our circumstances, or to believe, to speak, to think a new reality into existence.It all starts with awareness, noticing what we are constantly repeating to ourselves, about ourselves. When we question these words, explore their veracity, challenge our assumptions, we transform our life.When we are wired for survival, our nervous system feels comfort in discomfort, we cannot create, we react to external circumstances. We are limited.When we heal our nervous system and shift into a parasympathetic state, we are safe to create, to see all sides, to open ourselves to possibilities.
