We're at Salvation Army to help celebrate Day of Caring. Every year, Tulsa Area United Way has a "Day of Caring" where local TUAW members get out in the community and make a difference! In the video version of this podcast, you can see OG&E workers chopping down and clearing limbs. There are also projects happening a Caring Community Friends, and elsewhere today.
It's Food Truck Friday today! Featuring Fry Guy, Piatto Ricco and Chuck-it Axe dogs for lunch 11-2. Dinner will be Lopez Street Tacos and Chuck-IT Axe Co dogs from 5-8pm. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs for the concert with BC and the Big Rig starting at 8pm in the parking lot behind Pat’s Place.

Auditions for SCT's Christmas show "A Dickens' Christmas Carol (Smith) A Traveling Travesty in Two Tumultuous Acts" will be held Saturday Sept. 17 at 2pm and Monday Sept. 19 at 6:30 pm.
It's time to get back to the Farmers Market! The Farmers Market will be open Saturday morning from 7:30 to 11am at the Creek County Courthouse Gazebo!
Finally, it's time for the Sapulpa Public Library's huge book sale! It's Friday from 9am - 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 1:30pm. Just $3 for whatever you can fit in their paper sacks!
