Glenn Sanford started eXp Realty with the thought of creating the brokerage of the future.  Since this interview, the company has exploded!   I had a lot of fun with this interview. Glenn and I dove into how he got started with online lead generation, then moved to Keller Williams where he was one of the top 50 agents in the company.  We got into who he watched when coming up, how he came to realize why the current structure didn't make sense, and what he did about it!  Great interview, fantastic ideas, and awesome vision for the future!
