Overcoming procrastination is hard because it seems like the world is working against you! Try looking at the checkout line at Wal-Mart. They don’t have protein shakes or healthy snacks, do they? No, they put candy and other stuff that makes you want them and buy impulsively.But don’t worry, we have more tips to help you build up your procrastination muscles in this week’s episode. Both of them have tips that can help you get better at overcoming procrastination.Remember the point is not to try everything we mention. You want to start by picking the one that resonates most with you. Get better at that one and then add another one.
